UPDATE MESSAGE
Dear Prospective Interns,
I'd like to take a moment to address some common questions we receive about our selection criteria.
First and foremost, our program prioritizes freshmen and new students. We believe that internships are an excellent way for students to gain valuable experience early in their academic journey, and we encourage their active participation in our program.
Secondly, our selection process emphasizes interactions and character alignment with AFIA’s standards. We value individuals who demonstrate professionalism, strong work ethics, and a commitment to our core values.
Lastly, we carefully assess whether an intern would be a good fit within our team and accept them on a rolling basis. Collaboration and teamwork are essential in our workplace, and we aim to ensure that each intern can seamlessly integrate and contribute to our projects and objectives.
We look forward to receiving your applications and welcoming the next generation of talented interns to our program.
